Realtime Software Corporation - Terms And Conditions

 

bulletReturn Policy * Realtime Software will accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.
 
bulletRefund Policy * Realtime Software will issue a credit for any returned items.
 
bulletCancellation Policy * Realtime Software requires a 30 day notice for all cancellations
 
bulletDelivery / Shipping Policy *.  No shipping restrictions are in place. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. All Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
 
bulletOur Labor Rates are currently set at $135 per hour for tier 1 and $165 per hour for tier 2 program development (subject to change)
