 | Return Policy * Realtime Software will
accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.

 | Refund Policy * Realtime Software will
issue a credit for any returned items.

 | Cancellation Policy * Realtime Software
requires a 30 day notice for all cancellations

 | Delivery / Shipping Policy *. No shipping
restrictions are in place. All freight charges are the responsibility of
the customer. All Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the
customer.

 | Our Labor Rates are currently set at $135
per hour for tier 1 and $165 per hour for tier 2 program development
(subject to change) |
