The Realtime Software Package Finished Goods Quotation application provides a thorough, flexible tool for creating and managing customer quotations and effortlessly converting quotes to orders. The application is interactive, on-line and real-time using the Realtime Software Package Finished Goods Inventory and Customer databases for appropriate information. It is designed to interface smoothly with other Realtime Software Package programs to provide up-to-date critical quoting information for immediate access and management analysis.

The Finished Goods Quotation application has the same look and feel of the Realtime Software Package Order Entry application, thus reducing training time for those familiar with Order Entry.

On-line entry, maintenance and deletion of customer records

20-character alphanumeric part numbers

Multiple "ship-to" addresses

Customer open quote inquiry

Alpha/Soundex search table based on customer name or phone number

Item number lookup via customer part number, part cross-reference, Soundex or description

Stock availability check

Item substitution on insufficient stock

Minimum order and broken package charges

Non-stock item (drop shipments or special orders)

Miscellaneous charge lines

Unlimited text on quote and also for individual quote line item

Pricing figured and applied using same pricing routines as Realtime Software Package Order Entry

Quote expiration date

Print/reprint quote form letter
